One of the most important ways I will be helping you to do this each week is to find some great deals on your shopping! Using coupons combined with sales is a great way to do this. Also, each Monday I will feature "main meal Mondays" where I will take a look at the sale ads for the week and put together some easy (and cheap) meals that you can get for the week!
